Accessibility Fund

Accessibility Fund

At West Kowloon, we believe arts should see no limitations.

The Accessibility Fund ensures that people with physical, cognitive as well as socioeconomic challenges can fully enjoy arts in a safe and equitable environment.

In 2019–2020, we organised over 400 community engagement events and programmes, connecting with over 14,000 participants from all walks of life.

Our commitment to inclusion and diversity

Our provisions include concessionary tickets, accessible tours, audio descriptions and theatrical interpretations.

We are also working towards providing regular relaxed performances suitable for people of all backgrounds and abilities, including those who would otherwise be excluded by traditional theatre etiquette.

Online Donation

(Donations of HK$100 or above are tax-deductible.)

Our current accessibility support includes concessionary tickets for wheelchair users and their caregivers, open captions and mobility services at our outdoor events. But we want to do more.  We firmly believe that everyone has the right to enjoy the arts.

The Accessibility Fund is our commitment to provide support to those who may have mobility issues, visual or hearing impairments to ensure that they can fully enjoy the arts in a safe environment. West Kowloon is a place for all and this is an important commitment that we make to Hong Kong.
