西九文化區致力策劃專為學生及青少年而設的演出及相關活動，並提供學生半價門票優惠。2019至2021年，戲曲中心和自由空間共售出逾6,000張優惠門票；戲曲中心開幕至今，西九茶館劇場教育專場通過導賞團及演出，已為超過6,800名中學生打開認識中國戲曲文化的大門；亦舉辦了超過50 場不同類型的工作坊，涵蓋爵士樂、戲劇、舞蹈、中國傳統工藝等。
