艺术创意基金
源源不绝的创意，是艺术的精粹所在。自由空间和戏曲中心每年委约创作新作，让艺术家打破既有框框，带来大胆创新的节目。
2021至2022年，自由空间和戏曲中心将为观众带来10个全新创作和委约节目。艺术创意基金旨在启发和挑战艺术家创意，向观众呈献发人深省的节目、新颖的观点和大胆的叙事方式。

委约作品旨在给予本地杰出艺术家全方位资源创作，冲破艺术界限，例如由音乐剧黄金组合高世章、岑伟宗主创的粤语音乐剧《大状王》；粤剧新力军黎耀威、黄宝萱身兼编、导、演、融入西方当代剧场技艺的小剧场粤剧《霸王别姬》（新编）及《文广探谷》。同时亦与国际知名艺术机构共同委约顶尖海外艺术家，如与英国Sadler’s Wells及爱丁堡国际艺术节等委约韦恩・麦葛莱格舞团创作当代舞作品《我的基因舞谱》并开展世界巡回演出。
